Mr. Alexander Tecle is the Co-Founder, a Wealth Advisor at Zimmerer and Tecle Private Wealth Management, and the Founder of My Pension Tree, LLC. With over 17 years of experience in financial services, he specializes in comprehensive wealth planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and retirement planning for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.

 

Through My Pension Tree, LLC, Alexander and his team provide expert consulting on 401(k) and Cash Balance Pension Plans for self-employed individuals and small business owners. His firm specializes in designing, setting up, and administering customized retirement plans that help clients and their employees build larger retirement savings, reduce tax liabilities, and secure their financial future.

Before co-founding Zimmerer and Tecle Private Wealth Management, Alexander spent 10 years as a Financial Consultant at Fidelity Investments, where he advised clients on investment management, estate planning, and retirement strategies.

 

Mr. Tecle was raised in Miami and earned a double Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Accounting from Florida State University in 2006. He later completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Florida International University, followed by a Master of Science in Taxation from Florida Atlantic University in 2016.
